ENTRY:
Entries are being taken online via the EntryHub website.
Entry fees for 2010 are $90 per rider for both the 12 and 24hr events. Payment can be made through the online entry system by credit card (via paypal) or cheque.
Entries Close on the 15th of March 2010.
REGISTER:
Registration must take place on either Friday March 26th between 3:00pm – 8:00pm or Saturday March 27th between 7:00am – 10:00am at the Kellevie race village. Every team member who will be competing in the event will need to register. No one will be able to ride in the event without doing so.
START:
Race start time is 12 midday Saturday 27th of March.
Last laps must be started before 12 midday on Sunday the 28th of March.
2010 World Championship Qualifying Criteria:
The world solo 24hr mtb championship will be held in canberra on the 9/10th of October 2010. This is the first time the championship has been held outside North America.
Qualifying places will be allocated to the first 40% of the male and female fields at the Kellevie 24hr mtb event on the 27/28th of March.
How do I get there?
Location:
The Kellevie 12/24 hour race track is located approximately 45 minutes drive from the centre of Hobart and 30 minutes drive from the Hobart Airport.

To get there, cross the Tasman Bridge and follow the A3 highway, past the Hobart Airport, for roughly 25 kilometres passing through Midway Point to reach the town of Sorell.
Once in Sorell drive through the town centre until you reach a T intersection, turn right here onto the A9 highway. Follow the highway for around 20 kilometres until you reach the Kellevie turnoff, turn left onto the Kellevie road.
Follow this road for 4 kilometres where you keep left at the Y junction (with Bream Crk Rd). Continue along Kellevie Rd for about 300m metres till you reach the site entrance on your left. Follow the farm rd for about 1km till you reach the race village where marshals will direct you to parking areas and camping sites.
Interstate travellers
Virgin Blue, Qantas and Jetstar offer flights into Hobart. The airport is 20 minutes from the city centre and 30 minutes from the Kellevie race track.
The TT-Line 'Spirit of Tasmania' sails twice a day and offers passenger and car transport from Melbourne to Devonport (3 hour drive to Hobart).
